The sangiovese di romagna primo fiore novello is born in rimini on the splendid adriatic coast, from vineyards that are grown on the hills overlooking the sea, cultivated at an altitude of 150 m a.s.l., on clayey-calcareous soil with 70% spurred cordon and 30% guyot training system. The harvest is carried out towards the beginning of september, the vinification takes place with carbonic maceration then fermentation until the sugars are exhausted, with aging in steel.
Sangiovese is a wine that has always represented the tradition of the romagna area; shows a beautiful ruby red color in the glass. The nose releases fruity aromas of cherry and currant, with fresh and harmonious returns. In the mouth the taste is soft, with good persistence.
It goes perfectly with dry soups and light meats, as well as being perfect with grilled fish and broth.
