Nixoderm is used in the treatment of skin problems such as eczema, pimples, athlete's foot, ringworm and skin irritations. When rubbed in properly, it leaves no obvious coloration, so it can be used during the day and at night.
It is used to treat genital herpes and herpes labialis/cold sores (herpes simplex virus infections of the lips and face). Nixoderm contains aciclovir, which is an antiviral medicine.
