Euroma Bay Leaves are used in cooking for their distinctive flavour and fragrance. This Laurus nobilis is an aromatic tree or shrub with leaves that are used in several cuisines around the world.
Cooking with Euroma Bay leaves adds a distinctive richness and delicate herbal aroma as it simmers with your foods. Our all-natural, hand-picked Bay Leaves suit dishes that include Rice, Meat dishes, Seafood dishes, Yam porridge, Stew, Soup, Fish, Chicken, Sauce and Pasta. As with many spices and flavourings, the fragrance of the bay leaf is more noticeable than its taste. This product contains dietary fibre, Vitamin A, Calcium, Vitamin C and Iron.
Bay leaves are still strong even after cooking, so remember to remove them at the end of the cooking before dishes are served. This product is packed by Tiger Foods Limited under the most hygienic standard and is NAFDAC approved.
