Cockland gold whiskey is produced in the mountains of rio grande do sul, which also has a cold climate, a fusion of aromas and pure water. Made with aged malt, it is stored in oak barrels for complete maturation, acquiring its unmistakable aroma. Traditionally, whiskey is drunk “on the rock’s” (with ice), but it can also be drunk neat. Malt whiskey is produced with barley malt and the complete manufacturing process is divided into six stages: malting, mixing, fermentation, distillation, maturation and cutting (where the “blended” is produced).
